Programs

At Utah Learning Solutions, we know every learner is wonderfully unique. We see the strengths, talents, and challenges each individual brings, and we care deeply about helping them grow and succeed.

You may see incredible brilliance in your child in some areas, then wonder how it's possible they are struggling with recognizing basic symbols in subjects like reading, writing, or math. This contradiction can feel confusing and frustrating for both parents and children. We understand the worry and stress related to the educational aspect- but we also understand the emotional and relational toll these struggles can have on families and clients. At times it can be overwhelming. Our programs aren’t just about learning to read or do math more easily — they’re about helping individuals rediscover confidence and see their own potential to fuel their growth from the inside out.

At Utah Learning Solutions we take time to truly understand each individual and create a customized program designed to support their specific strengths, weaknesses, and help them succeed with confidence.

"We met Emily and learned about the Davis method at a critical point when I wasn’t sure where to turn. Ephraim has a visual processing disorder, and although it is not textbook dyslexia, it causes problems with his reading, and I was looking for solutions. In Texas, he was tested for and eligible for the dyslexia program at the junior high, but when we moved to Utah, I was told the schools don’t offer any kind of dyslexia support here. He was in 7th grade and struggling with reading, and I was at a loss. Emily told me about the Davis method she was learning and asked if Ephraim would be her first client. I gratefully said yes!

Ephraim took a week off of school for the intense program. He really leaned into it and enjoyed the activities. One thing he liked was the creativity of forming letters with clay. After completing the program, he felt much more confident. He read his first long chapter book: Harry Potter. He also did so well in English the next year that his teacher recommended him for Honors English. I wouldn’t say he necessarily became a big reader after that, but he is doing well in school, and it feels like the Davis method program was a critical piece that got him back on track."
